Next, a detailed physical assessment is performed to evaluate your movement, strength, and any restrictions or abnormalities in the affected area. This hands-on assessment allows us to pinpoint the exact source of your problem.
Following the assessment, you’ll receive hands-on treatment tailored to your injury. This may include techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, or other manual therapies to reduce pain and improve function.
Finally, you will be prescribed specific exercises to do at home. These exercises aim to support your recovery, improve strength and flexibility, and prevent further injury. We will guide you on how to perform these safely and effectively.
